The Kappa Omicron Harry Denny Jr. House

The Kappa Omicron Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and The Kappa Omicron Community Development Corporation (“KO”) have been serving the Bronx, Harlem and greater New York City communities for the last seven decades.

At the center of KO’s community development operations is the brownstone on 150th street between Broadway and Amsterdam. For nearly 50 years, the KO Harry Denny Jr. Fraternity House (“KO House”), named after one of KO’s founders, has hosted community based social action programs and cultural events and has become a Harlem and Omega institution.

Booking Inquiries: KO House is an extremely versatile event and location space encompassing 3 floors and about 2200 square foot. It is available for film and photography shoots, community and cultural events, and corporate meetings.

Support KO House: KO has taken on a major renovation of its community facility and is looking outside of its proud walls for assistance on this important endeavor. You can support the cause by Participating in the KO Brick Program.  Etch your name, line, or chapter into the history of Omega and the Second District.  Follow the link for more details on the KO House Brick program. If you have ever conducted Omega business, hosted or attended an event, or merely had a good time at HDJ House, we greatly appreciate your support. All donations are 100% tax deductible and we will send out tax letters by end of the fiscal year.
